Prof. Dr. Ram Bahadur Sah holds an M.Sc. (Honours) (1979) and PhD (1983) from the Geological Prospecting Institute, Moscow. He has more than 35 years of teaching and research experience and has published approximately 50 research papers in national and international journals. He has authored four books and supervised several M.Sc. and PhD researchers.

Dr. Kabi Raj Paudyal holds an M.Sc. in Geology (1999) and PhD (2014) from Tribhuvan University. He was a WWS2 Fellow at the University of Torino, Italy, during 2015–2016. He has more than 22 years of teaching and research experience, published approximately 50 research papers and supervised around 100 M.Sc. students and several PhD researchers.
