GEOS organized 6 days (5-11 March 2012) field excursion from Butwal to Kagbeni to study the Siwaliks, MBT, Lesser Himalaya, MCT, Higher Himalaya, STDS and Tethys Himalaya. Two professors along with 15 students from Kiel University, Germany particpated the excursion.
50 students from Germany, China, Pakistan, India and Nepal recently completed 10 days excursion along the Kali Gandaki valley
